We use a fine french couverture containing over 70% cocoa, and a smooth 40% milk chocolate to create all of our chocolate confections. Some of our flavors include Matcha Green Tea, Australian Ginger, Salted Caramel and Almonds with Dried Blueberries and Cranberries. All of our confections are made in small batches, carefully hand crafted with love. Just the way we always have.
